Scheduled Expiry Date definition

Scheduled Expiry Date means the day immediately before the day falling 114 months after the Delivery Date;

Scheduled Expiry Date means November 19, 2020, unless extended from time to time in accordance with Section 2.17.

Scheduled Expiry Date means, with respect to any Purchaser Group, November 30, 2016 2015, as such date may be extended in accordance with Section 2.6(b).

More Definitions of Scheduled Expiry Date

Scheduled Expiry Date means, with respect to any Purchaser Group, March 31, 2023, as such date may be extended in accordance with Section 2.6(b).

Scheduled Expiry Date means, with respect to any Purchaser, the later of (a) January 14, 2003 and (b) the last day of any extension of such Purchaser's Commitment made in accordance with Section 3.1(c).
