Each Funding Agent shall notify the Transferor of its willingness or its determination not to consent to such extension of the Scheduled Expiry Date as soon as practical after receiving such notice, and in any event by the thirtieth (30th) day preceding the then current Scheduled Expiry Date (the “Response Date”).
