If the Required Owners have not approved a replacement Administrative Agent on or before the then current Scheduled Expiry Date, the Administrative Agent shall continue to serve in such capacity until it resigns in accordance with Section 10.7(a) or is replaced in accordance with this Section 10.7(c).
