Related Instruments means, as appropriate:
Related Instruments means the ▇▇▇▇ of Sale, the Instrument of Assignment and Assumption, the Assignment of Intellectual Property, the Exclusive License Agreement, the Securities Purchase Agreement and the Settlement Agreement.
