Examples of Related Obligation in a sentence
Any Credit Extension may be made to the Borrower or continued from time to time, and any Related Obligation Documents may be entered into from time to time, in each case without notice to or authorization from any Guarantor regardless of the financial or other condition of the Borrower at the time of any such grant or continuation or at the time such Related Obligation Document is entered into, as the case may be.
Each Guarantor has adequate means to obtain information from the Borrower on a continuing basis concerning the financial condition of the Borrower and its ability to perform its obligations under the Credit Documents and the Related Obligation Documents, and each Guarantor assumes the responsibility for being and keeping informed of the financial condition of the Borrower and of all circumstances bearing upon the risk of nonpayment of the Guaranteed Obligations.
The rights, powers and remedies given to each Facility Agent and each Lender hereby are cumulative and shall be in addition to and independent of all rights, powers and remedies existing by virtue of any statute or rule of law or in any of the other Credit Documents or any of the Related Obligation Documents.
To the extent that Seller or any of its Affiliates has performance obligations under any such Parent Guarantee, Seller Surety Bond, Parent LofC or Related Obligation or Contract, Buyer and its Affiliates shall use their reasonable best efforts to perform such obligations on behalf of such party or otherwise take such action as reasonably requested by Seller so as to put such party in the same position as if Buyer (or its Affiliates), and not such party, had performed or were performing such obligations.
Since the Capitalization Time, neither the Company nor any Company Subsidiary has issued any Common Shares or otherwise entered into any Company Equity Related Obligation, except as specifically permitted in Section 5.01(b).
