Relationship Management Group definition

Relationship Management Group means the relationship management group referred to in clause 15.1 (Governance), the composition, functions and processes of which are described in Schedule 7 (Governance and Service Management); Relevant Event means any:
Relationship Management Group means the relationship management group in respect of this Agreement and the Services Agreements, comprising of at least MSD’s Representatives and the Provider’s Representatives and such other members agreed by MSD’s Representatives and the Provider’s Representatives (provided that each party will (unless otherwise agreed by the parties) have an equal number of members of the relationship management group);
Relationship Management Group means the relationship management group in respect of this Agreement and the Services Agreements; Reports means the reports the Provider is required to prepare and make available to HUD under this Agreement and a Services Agreement;

  • Following any consumer price index-adjustment agreed and determined by the Relationship Management Group, the parties will enter into a variation agreement in the form attached at Schedule 8 to delete and replace Schedule 4.

  • SCHEDULE 3: STEP-IN RIGHTS‌ T E M P L A T E The parties acknowledge that they expect the Relationship Management Group to deal with issues that arise during the Term and that the provisions set out in this Schedule 3 are intended to be utilised only in exceptional or extraordinary circumstances which have serious implications for MSD and/or Housing Clients.

  • The Relationship Management Group will agree the relevant annual consumer price index adjustment date.

The plan describes the characteristics and condition of infrastructure assets, the levels of service expected from them, planned actions to ensure the assets are providing the expected level of service, and financing strategies to implement the planned actions. The plan may use any appropriate format, as long as it includes the information and analysis required to be in a plan as described in Ontario’s Building Together: Guide for Asset Management Plans.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Account Manager means a Person that acts as an agent and attorney-in- fact to buy or sell Swaps via the SEF operated by BSEF in the name and on behalf of another Person. An Account Manager may also be a Participant.

  • Investment Management Services means any services which involve: (i) the management of an investment account or Fund (or portions thereof or a group of investment accounts or Funds); (ii) the giving of advice with respect to the investment and/or reinvestment of assets or funds (or any group of assets or funds); or (iii) otherwise acting as an “investment adviser” within the meaning of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, including, without limitation, in each of the foregoing cases, performing activities related or incidental thereto.

  • UCITS management company means a management company as defined in Directive 2009/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 on the coordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS)1;

  • Asset Management Agreement means, as the context requires, any agreement entered into between a Series and an Asset Manager pursuant to which such Asset Manager is appointed as manager of the relevant Series Assets, as amended from time to time.
