Examples of Release Declaration in a sentence

  • The Operating Company shall update the Electronic Communication System accordingly no later than the first (1st) Business Day after receipt of the Release Declaration.

  • At this time, the modified e- forms are: Application for Adjudication of Claim, Compromise and Release, Declaration of Readiness to Proceed, Declaration of Readiness to Proceed – Expedited Trial, Notice and Request for Allowance of Lien.

  • Any User that has Subscribed Foundation Capacity and/or Subscribed Non-Foundation Capacity shall have the right to release all or part of such Subscribed Capacity, by notifying to the Operating Company a Release Declaration.

  • A discrete separately billable transaction for online (i.e., a Colorado Courts E-Filing subscriber) service of a document to other case parties.

  • Any Subscribed Capacity for which the relevant User has not submitted in writing to the Operating Company by the 1st (first) of January of the relevant Year its preferences with respect to the scheduling of Unloading Slots shall be deemed to be Released Capacity as if the User had notified on the 11th (eleventh) of January a Release Declaration to the Operating Company pursuant to clause II.2.6.

Related to Release Declaration

  • Membership Agreement means the agreement between the Foundation and each Member regarding each such Member’s rights and obligations as a Member.

  • Release of Claims means the Release of Claims in substantially the same form attached hereto as Exhibit B (as the same may be revised from time to time by the Company upon the advice of counsel).
