Release Direction definition

Release Direction has the meaning ascribed thereto in subsection 10.01(e) hereof;
Release Direction means the direction, in the form attached as Schedule “G”, to be delivered to the Institution in relation to the sale of an Authorized Investment in accordance with subsection 7.4(b);
Release Direction means the direction, in the form attached hereto as Schedule “I”, to be delivered to the Trustee in respect of the sale or release of Authorized Investments purchased by the Trustee on behalf of the Trust as contemplated in this Agreement;

Examples of Release Direction in a sentence

  • Upon receipt by the Custodian of a Release Direction, the Custodian shall release the applicable Loan Note to, or as directed by, the Servicer, to the location specified in the related Release Direction by no later than ten (10) calendar days following receipt of such Release Direction.

  • Deliver to: The Loan Notes to be released under this Release Direction are those indicated on the electronic data file delivered contemporaneously with this Release Direction.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, solely in respect of Loans originated in Montana or Minnesota, the Servicer may deliver a Release Direction relating to the related Loan Notes by no later than 2:00 p.m. (central time) on any Business Day and the Custodian shall send any such Loan Notes as directed in the Release Direction by no later than the next succeeding Business Day following receipt of such Release Direction.

  • In the event that the Company approves of the Release Request, the Company shall promptly provide to the Escrow Agent a written direction to release the Escrow Fund to Everbright pursuant to Section 2.1(a) (a "Release Direction"), attaching a copy of the applicable Release Request.

  • No later than 30 days following receipt of the Release Direction, the Escrow Agent shall release and transfer the Escrow Fund to Everbright.

  • In the event that the Audit Report indicates that Everbright Asia has met the Performance Target, the Company shall within 10 days of the receipt of the Audit Report, issue a Release Direction to the Escrow Agent, with a copy thereof to Everbright.

  • In the event that the Escrow Agent does not receive a Release Direction prior to the 180th day following December 31, 2010, the Escrow Agent shall thereafter promptly release and transfer the Escrow Fund to the Company, including (i) all Escrow Company Stock Certificates representing the Escrow Company Stock, and (ii) all earnings, dividends or other distributions attributable thereto.

  • Concurrently therewith, the Company shall also provide a copy of such Release Direction to Everbright.

Release Direction means an irrevocable direction executed by the Corporation in the form attached as Schedule "D" hereto and addressed to the Subscription Receipt Agent confirming that the Escrow Release Conditions have been satisfied;
