Municipal shall notify National Grid first verbally, and then in writing, of the Release of Hazardous Substances that may reasonably be expected to affect Grid property as soon as possible but not later than twenty-four (24) hours after the incident, and shall promptly furnish to National Grid copies of any reports filed with any governmental agencies addressing such events.
Except where not required to do so pursuant to any Commercial Lease, the Borrower shall take prompt action in material compliance with applicable Environmental Laws to Respond to the on-site or off-site Release of Hazardous Substances connected with operation of its business or Property.
