Release Parcels definition

Release Parcels shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.4 hereof.

Release Parcels means the parcels of Property identified more fully in Schedule V.

Examples of Release Parcels in a sentence

• Borrower shall not be entitled to the reconveyance of more than two Release Parcels; one reconveyance of a Release Parcel shall be solely for the purpose of a sale and a transfer of the Release Parcel to a bona fide purchaser.

Release Parcels shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 13.2.
