Released Site definition

Released Site means any site listed in Part A of the Inventory of Sites, any Unlisted Site, and any site in respect of which Canada has been released from responsibility to Remediate pursuant to sections 6.10, 6.42, 6.48, 6.52, and 6.53 or any other provision of this Agreement.
Released Site means a Site that has been released from the applicable Loan Documents in accordance with Section 11.4.

  • Contaminated site means a site where there is a confirmed presence, caused by man, of hazardous substances of such a level that they pose a significant risk to human health or the environment taking into account current and approved future use of the land;
