Relevant Antitrust Authority definition

Relevant Antitrust Authority means any national or supranational antitrust or merger control authority that is competent to review the Acquisition or its implementation and listed in Appendix 2;
Relevant Antitrust Authority means the European Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice or any other competent antitrust authority;
