Relevant Antitrust Jurisdictions definition

Relevant Antitrust Jurisdictions means the United States and the non-U.S. jurisdictions set forth in Schedule 2.2(a)(ii)(B).

  • Pertinent Jurisdiction in relation to a company, means:
