Relevant Change in Law definition

Relevant Change in Law means a Change in Law (other than a Discriminatory Change in Tax Law):

Examples of Relevant Change in Law in a sentence

  • The Sponsors may use the negotiations process to negotiate any aspect of the Negotiations Proponents’ Proposals or the Project Agreement Documents, or both, including, for clarity, any amendments to the Project Agreement Documents that are reasonably required to accommodate the Negotiations Proponents’ financing arrangements or impacts of a Relevant Change in Law arising after the Initial Submission Deadline.

  • Either party may give notice to the other of the need for a Change which is necessary in order to enable Project Co to comply with any Change in Law which is not a Relevant Change in Law, in which event: the parties shall meet within [ ] Business Days to consult and seek to agree the effect of the Change in Law and any Change required as a consequence.

Relevant Change in Law means any Change in Law the purpose and effect of which is to discriminate against:
