Relevant Change in Law definition

Relevant Change in Law means a Change in Law (other than a Discriminatory Change in Tax Law):

Examples of Relevant Change in Law in a sentence

  • Either party may give notice to the other of the need for a Change which is necessary in order to enable Project Co to comply with any Change in Law which is not a Relevant Change in Law, in which event: the parties shall meet within [ ] Business Days to consult and seek to agree the effect of the Change in Law and any Change required as a consequence.

  • A Change in Law pursuant to which the Province or another Governmental Authority which is subordinate to the Province levies tolls specifically on members of the general public for the use of some or all of the Concession Highway or a Connecting Road that is under the jurisdiction of the Province or such other Governmental Authority, as the case may be, by a vehicle travelling thereon will be deemed to constitute a Relevant Change in Law for purposes of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Relevant Change in Law

Relevant Change in Law means a change in the applicability of any taxes in connection with the Lands or the NG-KIH System relative to that which is described in Section 3.5 of Schedule 7 [Lands] to the Project Agreement or a Change in Law:

Relevant Change in Law means any change in law which applies only in the jurisdiction in which the Issuer or any Guarantor (as applicable) is incorporated, tax resident or from which it makes a payment through a permanent establishment, as a result of which the exemption pursuant to section 64(2) of the Irish Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 in respect of withholdings or deductions for or on account of income tax or corporation tax in the Republic of Ireland under section 246A(2) of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (or any substantially equivalent law then in effect) ceases to apply to the Issuer or the Guarantor as the case may be. Any reference in these Conditions to principal, interest and/or premium shall be deemed to include any additional amounts which may be payable under this Condition.
