Relevant Effect definition

Relevant Effect means that the Force Majeure has (or will, with reasonable certainty, have) the direct effect of making it unlawful or practically impossible for the Sponsor to attend the Event or to "man" any related exhibition for which the Sponsor may have registered for Event. If Force Majeure occurs, the Sponsor may, at any time before the commencement of the Event, notify Us by email that the Sponsor wishes to cancel its Sponsorship, giving particulars of the Force Majeure and the Relevant Effects (a "Force Majeure Cancellation Notice"). Upon receipt of a Force Majeure Cancellation Notice, We will consider it in good faith and if, acting reasonably, We accept the particulars given, We will refund all monies We have received under this Agreement, less a fee of five hundred dollars ($500) including GST, to cover administration and other costs.
Relevant Effect means that the Force Majeure has (or will, with reasonable certainty, have) the direct effect of making it unlawful or practically impossible for the Exhibitor to install or have the Exhibition installed, or from operating or "xxxxxxx" the Exhibition during the Event. If Force Majeure occurs, the Exhibitor may, at any time before the commencement of the Event, notify Us that the Exhibitor wishes to cancel its Exhibition, giving particulars of the Force Majeure circumstances and the Relevant Effects (a "Force Majeure Cancellation Notice"). Upon receipt of a Force Majeure Cancellation Notice, We will consider it in good faith and if, acting reasonably, We accept the particulars given, We will refund Exhibition Fees We have received under this Agreement, less a fee of five hundred dollars ($500) including GST, to cover administration and other costs.
