Examples of Relevant Incident in a sentence
Any proceeds of insurance received or are receivable under any physical damage policy in respect of a single event (or a series of related events) (the "Relevant Incident") in an amount in excess of $250,000 (as adjusted for inflation), the Concessionaire is required to promptly carry out the work necessary to repair, reinstate or replace (the “Reinstatement Work”) and is subject to specific requirements to keep HPTE informed of the progress of that work.
Any Estimated Change in Project Costs calculated pursuant to this Schedule 18 ( Change Protocol) shall, where such Change is effected by the Authority pursuant to Clause 67.2.2.4 following a Relevant Incident, take into account the Net Reinstatement Works Cost up to the Material Damage Limit that is required to be funded by the Service Provider.

Where a Relevant Incident is scheduled to be heard by the Disciplinary Committee, the Reporting Member must give evidence supporting the Relevant Incident to the Disciplinary Committee.
