Relevant Incident definition

Relevant Incident has the meaning given in Clause 53.22.2 (Reinstatement);
Relevant Incident has the meaning given to it in clause 72.13.3 (Reinstatement);

More Definitions of Relevant Incident

Relevant Incident means a single event (or a series of related events) pursuant to which a claim is made or proceeds of insurance are received or are receivable under a policy for physical damage.
