Cyber Security Incident means one or more acts, events or circumstances involving the unauthorised access to or modification of computer data or a computer program; the unauthorised impairment of electronic communication to or from a computer; or the unauthorised impairment of the availability, reliability, security, or operation of a computer, computer data, or a computer program. If a term is defined in the Security of Critical Infrastructure Laws, it is given the same meaning when used in this definition. Data Incident means a material incident affecting the whole or part of Interactive’s IT environment that is relevant to the Services, which involves unauthorised access to, or unauthorised disclosure, alteration, destruction, or loss of Customer Data controlled by Interactive, and includes an Eligible Data Breach.
