Support Period definition

Support Period means the period commencing on (and including) the date of this Agreement and ending on (and including) the Expiration Date.
Support Period means the period from the date of this Agreement through the earlier of (a) the date upon which the Merger Agreement is terminated, or (b) the Effective Time.
Support Period means the period designated by IFS during which a particular Release of the applicable Application Software product or module will be supported and maintained by IFS.

Examples of Support Period in a sentence

  • During the Support Period, Project Operator must operate and maintain the Project [and the Associated Project (as applicable)]: as a reasonable and prudent operator; and in accordance with Good Industry Practice.

  • At least 20 Business Days prior to the start of any Support Year during the Support Period, Project Operator must provide to the Commonwealth an annual maintenance program that complies with Project Operator’s obligations under clause 8.9(a) (“Maintenance”) (“Annual Maintenance Program”).

  • The Net Annual Payment for each Support Year during the Support Period is calculated as follows: BSY = CSY - DSY - ZSY Where: BSY = the Net Annual Payment for the relevant Support Year; CSY = the Annual Support Amount for the relevant Support Year (in $); DSY = the Annual Revenue Sharing Amount for the relevant Support Year; and ZSY = the Aggregate Annual Rebate for the relevant Support Year.

  • Availability Rebate Calculation of Availability Rebate The Availability Rebate for each Support Year during the Support Period is calculated as follows: ESY = PSY x CSY Where: ESY = Availability Rebate for the relevant Support Year; PSY = the Availability Rebate Percentage for the relevant Support Year (as expressed as a percentage); and CSY = the Annual Support Amount for the relevant Support Year (in $).


More Definitions of Support Period

Support Period means the period commencing on the Support Effective Date and ending on the earlier of the (i) date on which this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 5 hereof and (ii) the Effective Date.
Support Period means the period commencing on the Support Effective Date and ending on the earlier of the (i) date on which this RSA is terminated in accordance with Section 6 hereof and (ii) the Effective Date.

Updates means any update to the content of the Software or Cloud Services, and includes all DATs, signature sets, policy updates, database updates for the Software or Cloud Services, and updates to the related Documentation that are made generally available to End Users after the date of purchase of the Software or of subscription of the Cloud Services as a part of purchased Support. Updates are not separately priced or marketed by Us. Upgrade means all improvements in the Software or Cloud Services that are generally made available to End Users as a part of purchased Support. Upgrades are not separately priced or marketed by Us.
Support Period means the period designated by IFS during which the Release of the applicable Application Software product or module will be supported and maintained by IFS.
