Support Period definition

Support Period means the period commencing on (and including) the date of this Agreement and ending on (and including) the Expiration Date.
Support Period means the period from the date of this Agreement through the earlier of (a) the date upon which the Merger Agreement is terminated, or (b) the Effective Time.
Support Period means the period designated by IFS during which a particular Release of the applicable Application Software product or module will be supported and maintained by IFS.

More Definitions of Support Period

Support Period means the period commencing on the Support Effective Date and ending on the earlier of the (i) date on which this RSA is terminated in accordance with Section 6 hereof and (ii) the Effective Date.
Support Period means the period of time beginning 90 days after the date the Software has entered full production mode and ending on the date the Contract expires or is terminated.
