Relevant State or Territory Training Authority definition

Relevant State or Territory Training Authority means the bodies in the relevant State or Territory which exercise approval powers in relation to Technology Cadetships and register training agreements under the relevant State or Territory vocational education and training legislation.

"Trainee" does not include an individual who already has the competencies to which the traineeship is directed.
