Reliability Requirements definition

Reliability Requirements means mandatory reliability standards adopted by NERC, SPP Regional Entity or any other regional entity with such jurisdiction and authority and approved by FERC, as amended from time to time, applicable to the facilities owned, and/or operated or functionally controlled by Clean Line, SPS, and SPP respectively.
