Relocation Notice definition

Relocation Notice means a written notice delivered to Licensee at least twelve (12) months prior to the date of Licensor’s desired relocation deadline.

Examples of Relocation Notice in a sentence

• If Tenant elects to terminate the Lease pursuant to this Section, the termination shall be effective on the effective date of the proposed relocation of Tenant as indicated in the Relocation Notice.

• However, if the new space does not meet with Tenant's reasonable approval, Tenant shall have the right to terminate this Lease upon delivering notice to Landlord within fifteen (15) days after Tenant's receipt of the Relocation Notice.

• During the period of time commencing upon Tenant's receipt of the Relocation Notice and ending upon Tenant's receipt of the Completion Notice (as defined below), Tenant shall continue to conduct its business in the Premises to the maximum extent possible.
