Relocation Notice definition

Relocation Notice means a written notice delivered to Licensee at least twelve (12) months prior to the date of Licensor’s desired relocation deadline.

Relocation Notice means a written notice given by The City to the Company directing the Company to Relocate the Equipment designated in the notice to another reasonable location in the Service Corridors or City Structures, as the case may be, in accordance with Appendix 1 – Relocations;
