Relocation Notice definition

Relocation Notice means a written notice delivered to Licensee at least twelve (12) months prior to the date of Licensor’s desired relocation deadline.

  • If Tenant elects to terminate the Lease pursuant to this Section, the termination shall be effective on the effective date of the proposed relocation of Tenant as indicated in the Relocation Notice.
