Remaining Charges definition

Remaining Charges means the total charges that would have been payable after the effective date of termination or cancellation and for the remainder of the current Minimum Service Period (if the termination or cancellation had not occurred).

  • All disputes under this section 2.6.7 must be resolved before the Allocation formula can be applied and before any payments can be made under section 2.7.1.   • Recurring Charges means where you allow a Merchant to bill your Account for a specified or unspecified amount, at regular or irregular intervals for goods or services;

  • Bank Charges means the charges levied by the Merchant Acquiring Bank for Transactions and Refunds. “Bank System” means the banking system operated by any approved bank, financial institution or other body.
