Remaining Common Stock definition

Remaining Common Stock means the amount of Pre-petition Lenders New Common Stock remaining for reallocation to the Pre-petition Lenders pursuant to the Pro Rata Reallocation if the amount of Pre-petition Lenders electing the Cash/Sub-Debt Option under the Pre-petition Lender Election exceeds the Cash/Sub-Debt Maximum.
Remaining Common Stock has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).
Remaining Common Stock means the Common Stock held by any Nonparticipating Stockholder.
