Remaining Payment definition

Remaining Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4.

Examples of Remaining Payment in a sentence

  • In the event ATL’s expenses incurred or anticipated to be incurred as a result of Consultant’s breach exceed the Remaining Payment, including any costs of ATL incurred by any delay (or from any reason attributable to the delay) then Consultant shall within five (5) Days written notice from ATL, make payment of the differential to ATL.

  • In the event the aggregate of ATL’s expenses incurred or anticipated to be incurred as a result of Consultant’s breach are less than the Remaining Payment, ATL shall remit such differential to the Consultant.

  • In the event ATL’s expenses incurred or anticipated to be incurred as a result of Contractor’s breach are less than the Remaining Payment, ATL shall remit such differential to the Contractor.


More Definitions of Remaining Payment

Remaining Payment shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 20.1 (Termination for Cause) of the Contract.
