The Owner will remain liable to pay in Annual Installments, or as otherwise provided by this Service and Assessment Plan, as updated, or the Act, the Assessment that remains due on the Remaining Property.
The owner will remain liable to pay the Annual Installments on both the Taken Property and the Remaining Property until such time that such Assessment has been prepaid in full.
If the Administrator determines that the portion of the $100 Assessment that would have been allocated to the Taken Property prior to its reallocation is $10 and the owner receives $8 as compensation for the Taken Property as a result of the Taking, the Owner shall be required to pay $8 as a Prepayment of the Assessment against the Remaining Property (in addition to any other amount that would be required to ensure the Assessment does not exceed the Maximum Assessment).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Assessment that remains due on the Remaining Property exceeds the Maximum Assessment, the owner of the Remaining Property will be required to make a Prepayment in an amount necessary to ensure that the Assessment against the Remaining Property does not exceed the Maximum Assessment, in which case the Assessment applicable to the Remaining Property will be reduced by the amount of the partial Prepayment.
