Remaining Properties definition

Remaining Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.1.
Remaining Properties means all of the Properties other than those that have been released or requested to be released from the lien of the applicable Mortgage pursuant to a Defeasance (hereinafter defined in Section 14) or in exchange for a Replacement Property.
Remaining Properties has the meaning assigned to such term in the Trust Agreement.

More Definitions of Remaining Properties

Remaining Properties shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 14.27(a)(i).

Remaining Properties means the remainder of the Property Group, if Purchaser has a right to terminate, and does terminate, this Agreement pursuant to this Section 14.27(a).
