Remedial Programme definition

Remedial Programme has the meaning assigned to it in Clause 46.1.5 (b);

Examples of Remedial Programme in a sentence

  • SANParks shall act reasonably in rejecting the Remedial Programme and shall give reasons for its decision.

  • Where SANParks notifies the Private Party that it does not accept the Remedial Programme, the Parties shall endeavour within the following 5 (five) Business Days to agree any necessary amendments to the Remedial Programme put forward.

  • remedial and "response action" include the types of activities covered by the United States Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA).

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Environmental Clean-up Site means any location which is listed or proposed for listing on the National Priorities List, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Information System, or on any similar state list of sites relating to investigation or cleanup, or which is the subject of any pending or threatened action, suit, proceeding, or investigation related to or arising from any location at which there has been a Release or threatened or suspected Release of a Hazardous Material.

  • Phase IV Clinical Trial means a product support clinical trial of a Product commenced after receipt of Regulatory Approval in the country where such trial is conducted. A Phase IV Clinical Trial may include epidemiological studies, modeling and pharmacoeconomic studies, and investigator-sponsored clinical trials studying Product that are approved by BMS and that otherwise fit the foregoing definition.

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. Interface Pricing Point:

The plan is prepared by the nuclear facility license holder and is reflected in the multiannual work programmes of the Programme;
