REMIC III Interest. Any of the REMIC III Regular Interests and Component III of the Class R Certificate. REMIC III Net Deferred Interest: Net Deferred Interest for any Distribution Date shall be allocated to REMIC III Regular Interests to the same extent that Net Deferred Interest is allocated to the Class of Certificates bearing the same designation. REMIC III Interest. The REMIC III Regular Interests and Component III of the Class R Certificates. REMIC III Net Deferred Interest: Net Deferred Interest for Sub-Loan Group II-1 for any Distribution Date shall be allocated to REMIC III Regular Interest LT5 in reduction of the portion of the Uncertificated Accrued Interest thereon distributable on the related Distribution Date and shall result in an increase in the Uncertificated Principal Balance thereof to the extent of such reduction. Net Deferred Interest for Sub-Loan Group II-2 for any Distribution Date shall be allocated to REMIC III Regular Interest LT9 in reduction of the portion of the Uncertificated Accrued Interest thereon distributable on the related Distribution Date and shall result in an increase in the Uncertificated Principal Balance thereof to the extent of such reduction.

Related to REMIC III Interest

  • REMIC III Regular Interest The Class CE Interest, Class P Interest, Class IO Interest or any Regular Interest in REMIC III the ownership of which is represented by any of the Class A Certificates or Class M Certificates.
