System Unit definition

System Unit means any restaurant operated under the name Kentucky Fried Chicken, KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bxxx, A&W, Long Jxxx Xxxxxx’x or any other brand that is acquired and operated by the Company or a Subsidiary or franchised or licensed by the Company or a Subsidiary to any of its franchisees or licensees.

System Unit means the units that are used by End Users including the System Unit Software and any other related products and improvements that may be developed for use of the Services.
System Unit means a unit of a System that is used to serve a certain number or group of subscribers, which subscribers are served exclusively or primarily by such unit of the System.

  • Service Unit means a standardized measure of consumption, use, generation, or discharge attributable to an individual unit of development calculated in accordance with generally accepted engineering or planning standards for a particular category of capital improvements.

  • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Signaling System 7 (SS7) means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.

  • Electric System Upgrades means any Network Upgrades, Distribution Upgrades, or Interconnection Facilities that are determined to be necessary by the CAISO or Participating Transmission Owner, as applicable, to physically and electrically interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric system for receipt of Energy at the Point of Interconnection (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) if connecting to the CAISO Grid, or the Interconnection Point, if connecting to a part of the Participating TO’s electric system that is not part of the CAISO Grid.

  • Centralized Message Distribution System (CMDS) means the transport system that LECs use to exchange outcollect and Carrier Access Billing System “CABS” access messages among each other and other Parties connected to CMDS.

  • Production Unit means a facility for generation of electricity made up of a single generation unit or of an aggregation of generation units;

  • distribution system operator means a natural or legal person responsible for operating, ensuring the maintenance of and, if necessary, developing the distribution system in a given area and, where applicable, its interconnections with other systems and for ensuring the long-term ability of the system to meet reasonable demands for the distribution of electricity;

  • Generating Unit means one or more generating equipment combinations typically consisting of prime mover(s), electric generator(s), electric transformer(s), steam generator(s) and air emission control devices.
