Removed Property definition

Removed Property. A Released Property or Exchanged Property that has either been released or substituted and that is removed from the Collateral Pool pursuant to Section 2.03 and Article VII hereof.
Removed Property has the meaning specified in the definition ofCollateral Substitution”.

Examples of Removed Property in a sentence

  • The City is hereby authorized, in its sole discretion, to remove a portion of the Property (“Removed Property”) from this Agreement at any time, provided that the City and the owner of the Removed Property concurrently enter into a modified development agreement governing the development and use of the Removed Property.

More Definitions of Removed Property

Removed Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.11(b).
Removed Property shall be defined as a Property that is excluded from the transactions contemplated under this Agreement either automatically or by Buyer’s timely election pursuant to the provisions of Section 3(c) (failure of Subdivision Condition), Section 4(g) (uncured title defect), Section 4(a) (due diligence objection), Section 6(e) (failure to obtain estoppel), Section 12 (damage), Section 9 (condemnation), or Section 11 (Seller default).
Removed Property. As defined in Section 1.8. Rent: Collectively, (i) the Base Rent and (ii) Additional Charges.
Removed Property means any and all FF&E removed from the Premises by any
Removed Property means any Property that is removed from this Agreement in accordance with the terms hereof.
Removed Property means machinery, equipment, fixtures, Additions, Substituted Property, Restorations or property removed from the Facilities in conformity with Section 416 or 417 of this Loan Agreement. After removal, Removed Property shall be Excluded Property.
Removed Property means each Property with respect to which this Agreement is terminated in accordance with the provisions of Sections 7, 15, 19, 20, 25, 27 or 35 hereof.
