Renewable Operating Permit definition
Renewable Operating Permit means an operation permit that expires and must be revalidated at a predetermined frequency or schedule in accordance with this chapter.
Renewable Operating Permit means the operating permit for the Facility issued by MDEQ pursuant to Michigan’s approved Title V permit program, known as the “renewable operating permit program,” codified at MAC R. 336.1210 through R 336.1219;
Renewable Operating Permit means that administrative document issued by the Division au- thorizing the initial and/or continued use of certain Alternative systems, as specified in the On- Site Sewage Manual.
