Examples of Renewables Benefits in a sentence
Subject always to the provisions of clauses 3.1, 3.2 and 6.3, and save to the extent that the performance of the obligations of the Generator under this Agreement would be affected or would be likely to be affected (in particular with respect to the maximisation of Metered Output and Renewables Benefits), nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the Generator from providing or selling any Ancillary Services in relation to the Facility.
Subject to clause 3.2, the Generator shall obtain the maximum amount of Renewables Benefits which could reasonably be expected to be available to the Generator for all electricity generated by the Facility throughout the Contract Term.
Invite bids for the sale of Metered Output (including any associated Renewables Benefits) from each Facility under the terms of the PPA by holding an Auction on the terms of the Auction Code and to maintain an Auction Site and to operate the Auction Code in respect of such Auction.
NFPAS shall be authorised on behalf of the Principal to act for them in respect of requests for amendments to any register or records relating to Renewables Benefits.
Subject thereto, NFPAS agrees on termination to transfer back to the Principal or such other party as the Principal may direct any Renewables Benefits held by it which have not been sold pursuant to this Agreement.
That NFPAS is authorised by the Principal to procure the onward transmission to the Successful Bidder of Renewables Benefits for which it has received payment to the Successful Bidder and to procure the transfer of such Renewables Benefits to NFPAS and subsequently to the Successful Bidder.
That NFPAS shall have no obligation to disclose to the Principal any information concerning the Auction (including the number of or identity of bidders, the price bid by a bidder or the price paid by a Successful Bidder for Metered Output or Renewables Benefits) other than as required pursuant to clause 4.1.5 and 7.1.5.
Ownership of and title to the Metered Output and Renewables Benefits purchased by the Successful Bidder shall remain with the Principal and shall not pass to the Successful Bidder until the Successful Bidder has made payment in full to NFPAS of the total amount due under the PPA.
To notify NFPAS, or procure that the Authority notifies NFPAS, as soon as reasonably practicable in the event that any Renewables Benefits transferred to NFPAS for onward transmission to the Successful Bidder in the Auction have been or will be revoked.
If, and to the extent that, the electricity generated by the Facility during the Term (or the Facility’s electricity generating capacity) is eligible for Renewables Benefits, each Party shall effect Transfers subject to and in accordance with Clauses 4.2 (Transfer of LECs and REGOs), 4.3 (Transfer of Inseparable Benefits) and 5 (Transfer Default).
