Renewal Area definition

Renewal Area means the area included within the boundaries of the Pine Bluff, Arkansas Central City Urban Renewal Plan.

Renewal Area means a slum area or a blighted area or a combina- tion thereof which the authority designates as appropriate for a renewal project.
