Renewed Business definition

Renewed Business means the amount to be charged for advertising renewed for the forthcoming directories, where such amount is equal to or less than the amount charged for advertising in the current directories without taking into account the rate increases, to the customer, or to his predecessor whose business he has acquired and whose telephone number he has assumed.
Renewed Business means (a) the Business renewed or required to be renewed by PIC under this Agreement, and (b) any assignments from the PAIP (as defined in Section 2.1 below) after the Nonrenewal Date.
