Renominated Quantity definition

Renominated Quantity means the quantity of Natural Gas (in kWh) specified in a Shipper's Renomination;

Examples of Renominated Quantity in a sentence

  • Without prejudice to Section 2.13.6 for the avoidance of doubt, in the event that the Transporter does not receive the information relating to the Upstream Renomination contemplated in Sections 2.13.1 and/or 2.13.4, and the Transporter has not adopted the Shipper’s Renomination as the Renominated Quantity pursuant to Section 2.13.6 then the Upstream Renomination shall be deemed to be zero.

  • The Transporter shall as soon as practicable after receiving the information from the Upstream Operator set out in Section 2.13.4 inform the Shipper of the Daily Gas Quantity that will be adopted as the Renominated Quantity if this Daily Gas Quantity is different from the Shipper's Renomination.

  • The Transporter may adjust a Renomination to match the Upstream Renomination in accordance with Section 2.13 if the Transporter has requested information with respect to Upstream Nominations and Upstream Renominations and the Shipper’s Renominated Quantity does not match that of the Upstream Renomination.

  • In the event that the Transporter has requested and does not receive the information referred to in Section 2.13.1 or 2.13.4 to allow the Transporter to match Renominations and resolve any Renomination Mismatch, and provided the Renomination is not rejected pursuant to Section 2.10, the Transporter may adopt the Shipper's Renomination as the Renominated Quantity.

  • The Transporter shall reject any Nomination or Renomination in respect of an affected Offtake Point(s) which specifies a Nominated Quantity or a Renominated Quantity in excess of such Shipper’s Available Active LDM Exit Capacity, Available Sub-Sea I/C Offtake Capacity or Available Aggregate Primary DM Exit Capacity (as the case may be) in respect of a Restricted Capacity Day.

  • The Transporter shall reject any Nomination or Renomination in respect of an affected Entry Point which specifies a Nominated Quantity or a Renominated Quantity in excess of a Shipper’s Available Active Entry Capacity at the affected Entry Point in respect of a Restricted Capacity Day.

  • The Transporter shall reject any Nomination or Renomination in respect of an affected Offtake Point(s) which specifies a Nominated Quantity or a Renominated Quantity in excess of such Shipper’s Available Active LDM Exit Capacity or Available Aggregate Active DM Exit Capacity (as the case may be) in respect of a Restricted Capacity Day.

  • The Transporter shall reject any VEP Exit Nomination or VEP Exit Renomination in respect of an affected VEP which specifies a Nominated Quantity or a Renominated Quantity in excess of a Shipper’s Available Active VEP Exit Capacity at the affected VEP in respect of a Restricted Capacity Day.

  • The Transporter may adjust a Renomination to match the Upstream Renomination in accordance with Section 2.11 if the Transporter has requested information with respect to Upstream Nominations and Upstream Renominations and the Shipper’s Renominated Quantity does not match that of the Upstream Renomination.

  • The Professional will be required to coordinate their ongoing design with construction of these projects, and with the occupant activities, in order to minimize disruption of services, occupant relocation, and/or interference of work.

Related to Renominated Quantity

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.

  • Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;

  • Volume Commitment means the agreed upon Customer commitment to purchase, and may be described as an Annual Volume Commitment, Total Volume Commitment, Tiered Volume Commitment, or Subminimum Volume Commitment.

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • Quantity means either tonnage or volume, depending on which term is the standard in the mining industry for the type of mineral;

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Firm Order shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Base Capacity Demand Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Demand Resources and Base Capacity Energy Efficiency Resources and the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Base Capacity Resources or Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Demand Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Contract Unit Price means the total price per unit charged to DLA Troop Support for a product delivered to DLA Troop Support’s customers. The Contract unit price consists of three components: delivered price plus distribution price less Government rebates and discounts. The unit price sum of the three component prices shall be rounded up or down as applicable, to the nearest cent to determine the final Contract unit price.

  • Purchase Orders means official orders issued by an operating division of Transnet to the Supplier/Service Provider for the supply of Goods or Services;

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Purchase Order Number means the Customer’s unique number relating to the supply of the Services;

  • Rolling Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Drug sample means a unit of a prescription drug that is not intended to be sold and is intended to promote the sale of the drug.

  • iron ore pellets means iron ore in pellet or other form produced by Pelletisation or more advanced reduction or other more advance treatment process from iron bearing material mined from the mining areas.

  • Unit Price means an amount stated in the Bid for which Bidder offers to perform the Unit Price Work for a fixed price per unit of measurement.

  • Bid sample means a sample to be furnished by a bidder to show the characteristics of the item offered in the bid.
