Rent Day definition

Rent Day means any of such days as the context requires

Rent Day means the 1st day of each month.

Rent Day means each of the four usual quarter days in every year

Examples of Rent Day in a sentence

• If paragraph 3.2 of this Part of the Schedule applies: the Landlord must refund to the Tenant, as soon as reasonably practicable, a due proportion of any Rent and Service Charge paid in advance that relates to any period on or after the date of damage or destruction; and the Tenant must pay to the Landlord on demand the Rent and Service Charge for the period starting on the date they again become payable to (but excluding) the next Rent Day.

• All other Rent will be paid to the order of Landlord, in advance, except as expressly set forth in Section 11.3, without any abatement, setoffs or deductions, on the first day of each and every calendar month (the "Rent Day") at Landlord's Office, or at such other place as Landlord may designate in writing.

More Definitions of Rent Day

Rent Day means the Commencement Date and, for each subsequent month, the day in item 2.

Rent Day means the Commencing Date and monthly thereafter. Requirement includes any requirement, notice, order, direction, recommendation, stipulation or similar notification received from or given by an Authority or under any Law, whether in writing or otherwise and regardless of to whom it is addressed or directed.
