Rental Determination Date definition

Rental Determination Date means the GL Effective Date and each fifth anniversary of the GL Effective Date. If Lessor and BNPLC have not agreed upon Fair Rental Value as of any Rental Determination Date within one hundred eighty days after the such date, then Fair Rental Value will be determined as follows:

More Definitions of Rental Determination Date

  • Final Determination Date means the following:

  • LIBOR Determination Date With respect to any Interest Accrual Period for the LIBOR Certificates, the second London Business Day preceding the commencement of such Interest Accrual Period.
