Transaction Documents definition

Transaction Documents means this Agreement, the Warrants, the Registration Rights Agreement, all exhibits and schedules thereto and hereto and any other documents or agreements executed in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder.

• Optionee has all requisite power and authority to execute and deliver this Agreement, the Lease and any other Transaction Documents to which Optionee is a party and to carry out and perform all of the terms and covenants of the Transaction Documents.

Transaction Documents means this Agreement, the Certificate of Designation, the Warrants, the Registration Rights Agreement and any other documents or agreements executed in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder.
