Reorganized Debtors Organizational Documents definition

Reorganized Debtors Organizational Documents means the form of the certificates or articles of incorporation, bylaws, or such other applicable formation documents of each Reorganized Debtor, all in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Debtors and the Requisite First Lien Creditors, in consultation with the Requisite Crossover Creditors.
Reorganized Debtors Organizational Documents means the certificates of incorporation, certificates of formation, bylaws, limited liability company agreements, operating agreements, or other similar organizational or formation documents, as applicable, of each Reorganized Debtor, including the New Parent Organizational Documents.
