Replacement ballot definition

Replacement ballot means a ballot issued to a voter who spoils or loses a ballot, or reports no delivery or receipt of a ballot, pursuant to section 2-17-303.
Replacement ballot means a ballot that is the same type or style as the most recently issued. The request for a replacement bal- lot does not update the voter's current ballot type or style.
Replacement ballot. Means a second ballot provided to the voter in the event of a lost or spoiled ballot.
