Replacement Currency Hedge Agreement definition

Replacement Currency Hedge Agreement means any Currency Hedge Agreement entered into by the Issuer upon termination of an existing Currency Hedge Agreement on substantially the same terms as such existing Currency Hedge Agreement, that preserves for the Issuer the economic effect of the terminated Currency Hedge Agreement and all Currency Hedge Transactions thereunder, subject to such amendments as may be agreed by the Trustee and in respect of which Rating Agency Confirmation is obtained.
Replacement Currency Hedge Agreement means any replacement currency hedge agreement entered into after any replacement of the initial Currency Hedge Agreement.
Replacement Currency Hedge Agreement means any Currency Hedge Agreement entered into by the Issuer, upon termination of an existing Currency Hedge Agreement, on substantially the same terms as such existing Currency Hedge Agreement, that preserves for the Issuer the economic effect of the terminated currency hedge transactions outstanding thereunder, subject to such amendments thereto as may be agreed by the Investment Manager, acting on behalf of the Issuer.

  • Component Currency means any currency which, on the Conversion Date, was a component currency of the relevant currency unit.

  • Commodity Hedging Agreement means any agreement for the making or taking of delivery of any commodity, any commodity swap agreement, floor, cap or collar agreement or commodity future or option or other similar agreement or arrangement, or any combination thereof, entered into by the applicable Person, primarily for the purpose of mitigating or eliminating exposure to fluctuations in commodity prices.
