Replacement Demand definition

Replacement Demand for any billing month means the difference between the coincident amounts of the lesser of either the Standby Contract Demand, or the Internal Customer Demand, and the Alternative Power. The Replacement Demand shall be determined periodically in accordance with the billing demand provisions of the Otherwise Applicable Rate Schedule but shall not be less than zero.
