Replacement Grant Date definition

Replacement Grant Date means the date on which the Replacement Options will be granted, which is currently expected to be January 2, 2004, unless we extend the Expiration Date (or postpone the acceptance of Eligible Options) beyond July 1, 2003.
Replacement Grant Date means the date on which the Replacement Options will be granted, which will be the first business day following the Expiration Date.

  • If we extend the Offer, the Replacement Grant Date will be correspondingly delayed.

  • Highest Adjacent Grade (HAG means the highest natural elevation of the ground surface, prior to construction, immediately next to the proposed walls of the structure.

  • Anniversary Each anniversary of the Cut-off Date.

  • Annual Grant means an Option granted annually to all Non-Employee Directors who meet the criteria specified in subsection 6(b) of the Plan.

  • Incentive Share Option means an Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision thereto.

  • ISO-NE means ISO New England, Inc. or any successor entity.
