Replacement Interest Rate Hedge Transaction definition

Replacement Interest Rate Hedge Transaction means any Interest Rate Hedge Transaction entered into by the Issuer, or the Investment Manager on its behalf, in accordance with the provisions of the Investment Management Agreement upon termination of an existing Interest Rate Hedge Transaction on substantially the same terms as such terminated Interest Rate Hedge Transaction, that preserves for the Issuer the economic effect of the terminated Interest Rate Hedge Transaction, subject to such amendments thereto as may be agreed by the Investment Manager, acting on behalf of the Issuer.
Replacement Interest Rate Hedge Transaction means any Interest Rate Hedge Transaction entered into by the Issuer upon termination of an existing Interest Rate Hedge Transaction in whole or in part on substantially the same terms as the original Interest Rate Hedge Transaction that preserves for the Issuer the economic equivalent of the terminated Interest Rate Hedge Transactions subject to such amendments as may be agreed by the Trustee and in respect of which Rating Agency Confirmation is obtained unless such Replacement Interest Rate Hedge Transaction is a Form-Approved Interest Rate Hedge.
