Repository Materials definition

Repository Materials means any and all works of authorship, documents, software, content, know-how, inventions, processes, designs and any other subject matter or materials, in whatever form or medium (including digital equivalents of all the aforementioned subject matter) supplied or made available to you in connection with the Certificate Services, via the Repository or otherwise;
Repository Materials means Materials made available to Students on repositories, directories or other storage spaces on GitHub or other similar Git hosting providers.
Repository Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 5.12.

  • This Agreement and the access and use of any part of the Certificate Services, Channels, Repository Materials, Certificates or Key Pairs or any related services, software, data or other materials provided by us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

  • If you do not accept any changes or modifications, you must stop accessing and using the Certificate Services, Repository Materials, Certificate, Key Pair or any related services, software, data or other materials provided by us, and terminate this Agreement.

  • The Certificate Services and the Repository Materials are provided to you by or on our behalf.

  • This Agreement and the access and use of the Certificate Services, Channels, Repository Materials, Certificates or Key Pairs or any related services, software, data or other materials provided by us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

  • The accessibility and operation of the Certificate Services, Channels, Repository Materials, Certificates and Key Pairs may rely on technologies outside our control.

  • In addition to this MTA, the Recipient Principal Investigator must complete a Statement of Research Intent (SRI) describing the purpose of the research to be done using the Repository Materials.

  • Unless otherwise expressly permitted by the applicable law, you agree not to modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, or decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Certificate Services, Certificate, Key Pair, Channels or the Repository Materials.

Related to Repository Materials

  • WOSB Program Repository means a secure, Web-based application that collects, stores, and disseminates documents to the contracting community and SBA, which verify the eligibility of a business concern for a contract to be awarded under the WOSB Program.

  • Regulatory Materials means regulatory applications, submissions, notifications, registrations, Marketing Authorizations or other written materials, correspondence, submissions made to or with a Regulatory Authority that are necessary or reasonably desirable in order to Develop, Manufacture or Commercialize the Licensed Products in the Field in a particular country.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • Repository means each National Repository and each State Repository.

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • SAP Materials means any materials (including statistical reports) provided, developed or made available by SAP (independently or with Customer’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Professional Services to Customer. SAP Materials do not include the Customer Data, Customer Confidential Information or the Cloud Service. SAP Materials may also be referred to in the Agreement as “Cloud Materials”.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • State Repository means any public or private repository or entity as may be designated by the State as a state information depository for the purpose of the Rule. As of the date of this Disclosure Agreement, there is no State Repository.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Instructional material means instructional content that is provided to a student, regardless of its format, including printed or representational materials, audio-visual materials, and materials in electronic or digital formats (such as materials accessible through the Internet).
