Repository Participant definition

Repository Participant used herein shall mean a User/Depositor, Clearing Corporation, Depositor, Repository Participant respectively in relation to CCRL and the terms "Act", "Regulations", :Guidelines”, "Bye Laws" and "Business Rules" shall mean "The Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007", "The Guidelines issued by WDRA", the Bye Laws of CCRL and the Business Rules issued by CCRL respectively.
Repository Participant means a person appointed by the repository under the guidelines.
Repository Participant means an entity appointed as such by the Repository for performing services as may be required by the Repository on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit by the Repository.

  • Similarly, the Client shall have the right to close his Repository Account held with the Repository Participant, provided no charges or dues are payable/remaining to be paid by him to the Repository Participant and provided that any encumbrance if subsisting, has been fully satisfied and discharged.

  • The Repository Participant undertakes to provide a transaction statement including statement of accounts, if any, to the Client at such intervals as may be agreed between the Client and the Repository Participant or as may be required by the Repository or the Exchange, as the case may be.

  • In the event of closure of its Repository Account, the Client shall specify whether the balances in its Repository Account should be transferred to any other Repository Account of the Client held with another Repository Participant or to withdraw the commodity that is represented through the electronic balances in its Repository Account.

  • The Repository Participant shall maintain a separate Repository Account for holding its own commodities in electronic form.

  • The Client further authorizes Repository Participant to forward the charges so collected to the respective entity such as the Warehouse Service Provider, the Commodity Exchange, Repository Service Provider and any other entity involved in the process as the case may be, as per directives of the of the Repository.

  • The Repository Participant shall have the right to terminate its services, for any reasons whatsoever, provided the Repository Participant has given a notice in writing of not less than thirty days to the Client as well as to the Repository.

  • Based on the instructions of the Client, the Repository Participant shall initiate the procedure for transferring such electronic balances or process for withdrawal of such electronic balances as per the procedure laid down in the Bye Laws, Rules or Regulations and guidelines of the Repository or as per the process prescribed by the Repository.

Repository Participant means a person or an entity appointed as Repository Participant by the Repository under warehousing (Development and Regulation) Act 2007.

  • Direct Participants means each person shown in the records of the Clearing Systems as a holder of the Securities;

  • Study Participant means a person recruited to participate in the Study.

  • Repo Custodian shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • DTC Participant means any financial institution (or any nominee of such institution) having one or more participant accounts with DTC for receiving, holding and delivering the securities and cash held in DTC. A DTC Participant may or may not be a Beneficial Owner. If a DTC Participant is not the Beneficial Owner of the ADSs credited to its account at DTC, or of the ADSs in respect of which the DTC Participant is otherwise acting, such DTC Participant shall be deemed, for all purposes hereunder, to have all requisite authority to act on behalf of the Beneficial Owner(s) of the ADSs credited to its account at DTC or in respect of which the DTC Participant is so acting.

  • Euroclear Operator means Euroclear Bank S.A./N.V., as operator of the Euroclear System.

  • Book-Entry Custodian The custodian appointed pursuant to Section 5.01.

  • Indirect Participant means a Person who holds a beneficial interest in a Global Note through a Participant.

  • Indirect Participants Has the meaning specified in Section 4.01(b) of this Trust Supplement.

  • DTC Participants means participants within DTC.

  • Market Participant means an entity that, for its own account, produces, transmits, sells, and/or purchases for its own consumption or resale capacity, energy, energy derivatives and ancillary services in the wholesale power markets. Market Participants include transmission service customers, power exchanges, Transmission Owners, load serving entities, loads, holders of energy derivatives, generators and other power suppliers and their designated agents.

  • Common Depository has the meaning specified in Section 304(b).

  • Primary Custodian the meaning set forth in Rule 17f-7(b)(2).

  • Agent Members has the meaning provided in Section 2.07(a).

  • Project Participant means a member of the Project Team.

  • Accountholder means any accountholder with a Clearing System which at the Determination Date has credited to its securities account with such Clearing System one or more Entries in respect of a Global Note, except for any Clearing System in its capacity as an accountholder of another Clearing System;

  • Subcustodian means a bank (including any branch thereof) or other financial institution (other than a Foreign Depository) located outside the U.S. which is utilized by Custodian in connection with the purchase, sale or custody of Securities hereunder and identified to the Fund from time to time, and their respective successors and nominees.

  • Eligible Depository Any Reserve Bank or any depository institution or trust company incorporated under the laws of the United States of America or any state thereof and subject to supervision and examination by federal or state banking authorities, so long as at the time of determination of eligibility the commercial paper or other short-term debt obligations of such depository institution or trust company (or, in the case of a depository institution that is the principal subsidiary of a holding company, the commercial paper or other short-term debt obligations of such holding company) have the Highest Credit Rating Available from at least one Rating Agency.
