Representative committees definition

Representative committees means the committees established pursuant to Part Two of these Standing Orders.
Representative committees means the official committee of unsecured creditors, if any, as well as any other committee of holders of Claims or Interests, appointed in the Reorganization Case by the U.S. Trustee pursuant to Bankruptcy Code section 1102, as well as the Trade Committee and the Noteholder Committee.
