Noteholder Committee definition

Noteholder Committee means the ad hoc committee of Noteholders.
Noteholder Committee means the ad hoc committee of certain holders of Old Notes who, collectively, hold in excess of 78% of the Old Notes and each of whom executed the Term Sheet and Restructuring Support Agreements.
