Repurchase Offer Notice definition

Repurchase Offer Notice means the written notification of a repurchase offer from the I-Fund sent to I-Fund shareholders containing the terms and conditions of the I-Fund’s offer to repurchase I-Fund Shares from I-Fund shareholders in the repurchase offer, including a designation of the Repurchase Offer Period (as defined below) together with any restrictions applicable to the repurchase offer, including without limitation any Proration Conditions.
Repurchase Offer Notice means the written notification of a Repurchase Offer authorized by the Fund and sent to Fund shareholders containing the terms and conditions of the Repurchase Offer, including dates and times for the commencement and termination of the Repurchase Offer Period, together with any restrictions applicable to the Repurchase Offer, including without limitation any Proration Conditions.
Repurchase Offer Notice has the meaning specified in Section 16.1.

  • Second Notice means notice to the Class in a form to be approved by the Court, which shall substantially be in accordance with the notice at Schedule “E”.

  • Drag-Along Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 3.03(b).

  • Subsequent Financing Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.12(b).

  • Option Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • Buy-Sell Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.1(a).

  • Last best offer package means the offer exchanged by parties not less than 14 days prior
