Examples of Request for Assignment in a sentence

  • The subject matter of this Agreement are the legal services (the “Services”) as further described in the Technical Specification and as further detailed and specified in each respective Request for Assignment or Request for Proposal and the respective Assignment Order.

  • Each semester, when submitting a Request for Assignment form, employees shall include their availability to substitute and contact information.

  • If the Contractor has not responded to or has rejected (other than as permitted under this Clause) the Request for Assignment or has sent a non-compliant proposal in any direct award procedure, the Company in addition to other measures available in this Agreement may, at its sole discretion, decide not to invite the Contractor to participate in any 2 (two) next direct award procedures and/or mini competitions.

  • The decision of the Contractor to reject the Request for Assignment or the Request for Proposal shall be provided in writing by stating the reasons for such decision in sufficient detail.

  • Availability for Assignment and Assignment Preference On or before October 15th and February 28th of each year, the Adjunct Faculty member will submit to their Department Chair(s)/Coordinator(s) a Request for Assignment Form (see Appendix B).

  • The Contractor has a right to reject the Request for Assignment or the Request for Proposal only in exceptional cases related to the current workload of the Contractor in relation to other Assignments in progress, or when the Contractor envisages that the implementation of a particular Assignment would result in a conflict with the requirements set in this Agreement.

Related to Request for Assignment

  • Assignment / job means the work to be performed by the Consultant pursuant to the Contract.

  • Request for Advance means a Request for Revolving Credit Advance or a Request for Swing Line Advance, as the context may indicate or otherwise require.

  • Form of Assignment and Transfer means the “Form of Assignment and Transfer” attached as Attachment 3 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Transfer Instruction is a specific information provided for a transfer to be made that you provide to the Account to Account Transfer Service for a transfer of funds.

  • Qualified assignment agreement means an agreement providing for a qualified assignment within the meaning of section 130 of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Transfer Instructions are the information that you provide when using the Service. “Us,” “We,” and “Our” means Credit Union.

  • Collateral Assignment Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 9.05.

  • Lease Assignment has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(d).
