Examples of Request for Term Loan Advance in a sentence

  • Customer shall deliver each Request for Term Loan Advance on or prior to 1:00 p.m. (eastern time) one (1) Business Day prior to each Term Loan Commencement Date.

  • Request for Advance means a Request for Revolving Credit Advance or a Request for Swing Line Advance, as the context may indicate or otherwise require.

  • Loan Advance The meaning specified in Section 2.2(a).

  • Term Loan Advance and “Term Loan Advances” are each defined in Section 2.1.1(a).

  • ABR Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the ABR in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • LIBOR Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the LIBOR Rate.

  • Request for Loan means a written request for a Loan substantially in the form of Exhibit G, signed by a Responsible Official of Borrower, on behalf of Borrower, and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.
