Request Management definition

Request Management means the process of tracking and managing all requests from Authorized Users arising in Kraft’s information technology environment recorded on the Request Management System, and resolving those requests arising from or related to the Services.

Such determination shall be based on established clinical criteria and may require Preauthorization.
